After completing a one hundred project to complete 100 pieces of theme around one topic, I brought together all the pieces in a book. It is a lovely reminder of what I accomplished as many of the original pieces have subsequently been sold.

Over the course of ten years I laid out many books for the PennCretaive Writing department. The books contained selections of poetry and prose that needed to be sympathetically typeset so the transition beteen works wasn’t jarring.

This book is a response to the recent crisis of parents being separated from their children. It contains many adverts from papers across the United States, along with contemporary prints giving a glimpse into the views of the world at that time.

The photos of two family members, set side by side to show the different ways each member viewed the journey. The geologist focused on the rocks while the designer focused on the scenery.

I received over 100 statements of thanks, and laid them out into a gift book. The recipient’s granddaughter draw the photo for the cover.
